Alphabet Sensory Bin

Inspired by Spell Outloud's abc letter box, I created one for Bear and J-jo.  I wasn't setting out to, but it just kind of happened when I finally found the abc pasta the other day at Publix (it's not usually there).
I colored it the same way I colored the rice last year with hand sanitizer and drops of food coloring in a ziploc bag.  After the color is worked through all the pasta, I spread it on a cookie sheet to dry.

After the kids played with it as is for a bit...
I added other (bigger) letters and alphabet beads to it.  I also placed two tiny pitchers (Montessori services, tiny spoons (from sampling ice cream at Baskin Robbins), and pipecleaners (for beading).

It's been played with non stop for the last two days.  Even I can't resist spelling with the pasta:)
